Maggie Lindrooth, the Director of American Center for Mongolian Studies (ACMS), would like to extend her invitation to all the Manchu Studies Group members to join the ACMS Reception at the AAS Conference in Vancouver. ACMS offers fellowship support for archival and library research, language learning opportunities, Mongolian Field School summer courses, etc., every year in Mongolia. The Manchu Studies Group members can benefit from these programs in their scholarship development, especially for accessing the rich Manchu archives in Ulaanbaatar.
